Allstream’s Collaboration and Messaging Service (“CMS”) provides hosted Microsoft® Communication Services, which include Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Lync™, Microsoft SharePoint®, Office Apps (Microsoft® Office 365™), enhanced encryption and other features.  For CMS, Customer agrees to the Allstream Master Service Agreement terms and conditions, as well as the applicable product schedule terms and conditions, located at http://serverdata.net/legal/legal.asp  (“Online MSA”)  for any CMS services set forth on a Service Agreement between Customer and Allstream.  In the event of a conflict between the Online MSA terms and conditions and the Allstream Master Service Agreement, the Allstream Master Service Agreement shall govern as to any non-CMS services, and the Online MSA shall govern as to any CMS services.
