This may be happening for one of the following reasons:

• If your email client is set to leave copies of messages on the server, this may be causing duplicates. Removing this setting should allow your email program to reset its list of messages on the server.
• You may have two identical email profiles set up in your email program, one should be deleted. This will not effect the email on your computer that you have already downloaded.
